Pair of wooden putti, Italy, circa 1740. Overpainted in brown in the 19th century but parts of the original polychrome are still clearly visible. They show signs of age and wear as shown in the pictures, but a beautiful pair nonetheless. On 20th century loose stands. Height with stands: 41 cm. Without stands: 36 cm.
